Porridge with Bananas

Porridge is one of the best choices to start the day; as a breakfast food, or sometimes a needed snack, oatmeal is quick to make and can set you up with the energy that will help you going throughout the all day


  • 3 Cups of coconut rice milk (or other milk )
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 tablespoons oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp. pollen
  • 2 tbsp. orange zest
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. spoon of Elixir Mushroom Energy




Heat the milk in a saucepan along with the orange zest. Add the oat flakes and cook for a few minutes until they begin to have the desired texture

Cut the bananas into slices and place in the middle of saucepan and wait for the fruit to cook slightly. Add the cinnamon

Serve into bowls, present with a spoonful of pollen on top and the spoon of elixir Energy
