Cucumber Juice with Natural Mint

Refreshing , moisturizing and light diet, this juice will help you cleaning and promoting blood circulation while enjoying the so tasty experience!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 500cl of water approx.
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • ½ lemon
  • 10 fresh mint leaves and a couple more to decorate
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put the cucumber and the other ingredients in the blender; you can add half o clove of garlic first and rectify later
  • Add the lemon and water little by little
  • Now is the time to add one teaspoon of your favorite Cokare elixir
  • If you don´t want it too liquid you could add a natural yogurt and blend again
  • Excellent juice to be accompanied with vegetable pitas
