SHRIMP STIR FRY NOODLES

DESCRIPTION

Food with brain boosting ingredients! Eating shrimp benefits intellectual activity , memory and health while it is delicious and makes a perfectly filling lunch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces dried Chinese egg noodles Whole Grain

For the Sauce

  • 1 cube chicken /fish bouillon mix, that needs to be dissolve in 1 3/4 cups hot water
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or coconut amino
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • If you want it spicy you could add 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Garlic clove minced
  • 1 pound large shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cup sliced shitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon elixir Focus
  • 2 tablespoon toasted Sesame seeds to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water, according to package directions, drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce , the bouillon mix prepared, the sesame oil, the elixir Focus, oyster sauce, (and chili sauce optional) and set aside.

Heat a wok with 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Add in shrimps, garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for a minute more,

Add in the cooked noodles, then pour the sauce over and garnish with the toasted sesame seeds and persil . Serve and enjoy!
