The Homemade Apple Compote With Chia And Carrots Puree

Cozy comfort food, is a good way of describing the compote; Perfect morning could starts with this delicious mix of taste, apple compote with Chia pudding and Carrot purée, delicious and easy to make



Preparation


  1. Peel, core and dice the fruits into ¾ -inch pieces, and then place them into a small pan with the butter; pour in the cinnamon, the elixir Focus, and the sugar.
  2. Bring up to a medium/low heat and add the water, cover and cook the mixture about 15 minutes, until soft , stir now and again , and leave it to cool when chunky.
  3. Then make the purée, using a wooden spoon or potato masher to break it up to your desired consistency.
  4. Soak the seeds in milk of your choice ,until they take on a chewy texture reminiscent of tapioca pudding, about 20 minutes refrigerated.
  5. Peel carrots, and cut into 1-inch pieces, and cover them up with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, and let them cook about 15/20 mn until tender and then purée
  6. Layer the apple compote, then the chia pudding and on the top the carrot puree in small jars or small bowls. You can even garnish it with fresh apple slice.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
