THE SHRIMP STIR FRY NOODLES

Food with brain boosting ingredients! Eating shrimp benefits intellectual activity , memory and health while it is delicious and makes a perfectly filling lunch.



Preparation


  1. Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water, according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce , the bouillon mix prepared, the sesame oil, the elixir Focus, oyster sauce, (and chili sauce optional) and set aside.
  3. Heat a wok with 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Add in shrimps, garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for a minute more
  5. Add in the cooked noodles, then pour the sauce over and garnish with the toasted sesame seeds and persil . Serve and enjoy!
